This has been great for guidance. This book has been great for guidance since I was told I was prediabetic. It teaches you the truth about food and how you can still eat those carbohydrates, but you need to make sure you’re fat and protein grams are higher than the carbohydrates are in grams. Such as if you want to cookie, eat some fat and protein with it, like nuts, A little meat and cheese, high-protein milk - are just a few examples. This keeps your BS low.
